🌡️ What will the weather be like?
Flagstaff in late May typically has daytime temperatures in the mid-70s°F and nighttime temperatures dropping into the 40s°F. Be prepared for cool evenings and possible rain.

🎭 Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code, but fantasy-inspired, Ren Faire, or fae-themed attire is highly encouraged! Dress comfortably for the outdoors, and bring layers for the evening chill.

🎟️ Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable if you can no longer attend.

👨👩👧👦 Is this event family-friendly?
The Day Market (10 AM - 4 PM) is open to all ages, but the Night Festival (6 PM - 2 AM) is strictly 21+.

⏳ When is checkout time for campers?
Checkout is at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 1st.

TICKETS & ENTRY

⏳ When do ticket sales end?
Tickets will be on sale until May 31st at 10 AM online.

🚨 When is the last day to buy VIP tickets?
VIP ticket tiers will not be available after May 10th.

🎟️ Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be available at the gate.

📱 Do I need to print my ticket?
No, digital tickets are accepted.

👥 Are group discounts available?
No, but the High Fae Glamping ticket includes two entries. If coming with a group, remember only one parking pass per car is needed.

⚡ Can I upgrade my ticket after purchasing?
Yes, ticket upgrades are available.

🚪 Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Absolutely no re-entry during event times. Once inside the event zone, you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter. If you forget something at your campsite and choose to exit, you will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

🕰️ Is there a break period to return to camp?
Yes! There is an event break from 4 PM - 6 PM, when attendees can head back to camp, relax, and prep for the night festival.

🎒What is your bag policy?
Small bags only or clear bags. Strollers and Wagons (empty upon arrival) are ok. Security may ask to search personal belongings

PARKING & CAMPING

🚗 Do I need to purchase a parking pass?
All attendees must purchase a parking pass unless they are a Fae VIP or High Fae VIP ticket holder OR purchased and RV pass.

• Fae VIP includes overnight parking, but you can upgrade to an RV pass if bringing an RV.
• High Fae VIP includes a luxury glamping tent and parking for one vehicle.

🚙 What size tent is allowed per camping pass?
Maximum tent size is 8x7 feet per pass. Any towable or vehicle larger than a van will need an RV pass.

🔥 Are grills or campfires allowed?
No. Absolutely no grills or campfires are allowed.

🚿 Are there showers?
Only VIP will have access to showers, but there will be handwashing stations available for all.

🗑️ Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, but please have a plan for trash disposal. Pack out what you pack in. Leave no trace!

🔇 Is camping far from the festival area?
Camping is on-site, but the event space is large, so expect lots of walking between areas.

🐶 Can I bring my pet?
No, only service animals with proper documentation are allowed.

ACCESSIBILITY

♿ Is the venue ADA-accessible?
The event is held outdoors in a forest setting, so some areas may be difficult to navigate, but we will have an ADA parking section and trained staff on-site to assist as needed.

🅿️ Is there ADA-accessible parking?
Yes, there will be a designated ADA parking section in the parking lot.

EVENT EXPERIENCE

🍽️ Will there be food options for dietary restrictions?
We are working on securing at least one food truck that will offer Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free options.

💧 Can I bring my own water?
You may bring your own water for your campsite. To bring it into the event area, it must be sealed before entry.

🍷 Will alcohol be available for purchase?
Yes, there will be a beer garden and a cocktail bar by Martini Mates.

🔥 What time is the bonfire lighting?
The bonfire will be lit at 8:00 PM.

🎤 What time does VOILÀ perform?
The headline performance by VOILÀ will begin at 9:30 PM.

📸 Can I take photos with the cast?
Yes! Please purchase the Photo Pass for exclusive meet-and-greet photo opportunities.

⚔️ Are weapons allowed?
No real weapons of any kind are allowed. Fake/prop medieval weapons are permitted.

🛍️ Will there be Calan Mai merchandise?
Yes! Official Calan Mai merchandise will be available at the House of Flame and Revelry booth.

SAFETY & SECURITY

🚓 Will there be security?
Yes, trained security guards will be on-site at all times.

🩺 Will there be medical staff on-site?
Yes, there will be trained EMTs on-site.

🚨 What should I do if I feel unsafe?
Find a security guard immediately. If you see something, say something.

🔦 Will there be a lost and found?
There will be a Lost & Found station at the ticket check-in area.

🎟️ What happens if I lose my wristband?
You will need to purchase a new wristband to re-enter. The event wristbands are thick fabric and not easily removed.

🔎 What if I lose something important?
Let a security member know, and they will assist. We are not liable for lost items but will try to help recover them.

📡 Will there be cell service?
The venue is in a remote forest area, so cell service may be limited.

🚁 Can I bring a drone?
No personal drones are allowed. Only the official event drone will be permitted.
