All of our ticketed events, unless otherwise stated, are black tie formal. Each event has a unique theme and creativity is highly encouraged. We post inspiration for each event and our facebook community is always open for outfit suggestions and ideas.

We try our best to update our Amazon store front with outfit ideas for each event.

Yes. Every ticket will have an opportunity to interact with our actors. If you buy the VIP/add on tickets, you will always have extra time to interact, talk with and take pictures with them. Please remember that they are real people and must be treated with respect and kindness. If we feel you are threatening their safety or making them uncomfartable we reserve the right to remove you from the event and future events.

For most events we hold auditions. We chose actors that we feel truly embody the character well but most importanlty can be enthusiastic in their interactions with our guests.

You must read each event description carefully as it varies but we try when we can to make our events 18+ so all can enjoy.

All ticketed events have some light bites included unless otherwise stated. Alcohol packages are available for most events. This varies, please see ticketing information for each event.

We have a NO refund policy.

At House of Flame and Revelry, we invest significant resources into creating our one-of-a-kind, immersive experiences. As such, all ticket purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.

This no-refund policy is clearly stated at the point of purchase and applies to all ticket holders. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

To protect your investment, we strongly encourage purchasing ticket insurance at checkout. This optional insurance, provided by a third-party, may cover unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.
